If you didnt already Record Store Day is the anticipated day for some when over 300 independent record shops across the UK and Ireland come together to celebrate music in the one way they know how.

Or to put it another way, it is the one day of the year when vinyl collectors get up stupidly early or even the night before to queue in whatever the british weather has in store for them for the chance of getting there hands on a specific record from a well curated list of limited stock released on that day, and yes im guilty of it!
Record Store Day 2026 will take place on Saturday 18th April.
